What amenities are included in my rental?

Our campers are well-equipped and include camping chairs, cooking supplies and dishware, and cleaning materials.   All items provided in each camper are sanitized prior to each rental.  We offer linens as an add-on package for a $60 per-trip add on fee (pillows, sheets, blankets and towel sets are included).  

We specialize in small to mid-sized travel trailers that can be towed by equipped mid-sized SUVs, vans and small pickup trucks.  We also offer several larger travel trailers.  These larger campers can be towed by experienced renters with properly equipped large SUVs, and half-ton and larger pickup trucks. 

All vehicles used for towing must have a standard frame-mounted hitch receiver, as well as a 7-pin electrical connector which is wired for a brake controller.  If your vehicle does not already have an installed brake controller, we will provide a Curt plug and play Bluetooth controller for a small additional charge ($40 per trip).  A brake controller is mandatory to tow any of our trailers.

During the booking process, you will be required to choose a standard insurance plan for your trip.   Although an insurance plan is mandatory, there are options for insurance based on your budget and risk tolerance.  

We are dog friendly with no size or breed limitations, subject to a $75 "pet-friendly" fee per trip, which covers cleaning following your trip.  Pet fees may be waived for repeat renters bringing the same pet.  No cats or other exotic pets are permitted.

You can plan your trip and reserve your preferred camper simply by clicking on your desired trailer in our Inventory  section, viewing the trailer's availability calendar, and requesting to book. We encourage you to plan in advance.  We recommend that your first make sure you have reserved a camping site at your destination, and then reserve your camper.

We can deliver any of our trailers to most destinations in West Central Florida, whether that will be a campground at a state park,  fair or horse show, music festival or other special event.  Delivery options and costs depend on the distance of the destination from our base in Thonotosassa, Florida (just east of Tampa), as well as the length of your trip.  We require a minimum number of rental days for delivery rentals.  If you have any questions about delivery, please contact us.

 We are happy to provide deliveries to these locations.  We can offer rentals for multiple weeks or months, for long term horse shows and equestrian events.  We offer free delivery to Ocala for rentals of 2 weeks or longer. All long-term rentals automatically include generous discounts off the standard nightly rate. 

Please contact us prior to booking, and provide a description of your trip, the destination, and any prior experience you have with RVing without hookups.   You will need to plan and prepare accordingly to ensure that you have a great experience.  We do not provide generators so you will need to bring your own.

  We do not provide generators so you may need to rent or obtain one separately if you wish to camp without electric hookups.     We strongly recommend that our renters do not attempt camping without electric or water connections unless they already have RVing experience and are well prepared.    

We recommend planning in advance to ensure that you are able to book both your desired campsite destination, and your preferred Coastal Campers trailer.  Generally we will not be able to accommodate requests for delivery or pick up "next day", due to the lead time required for our team to prepare the camper to our high standards.    

We also offer 5 percent off the nightly rate for repeat renters booking trips of three to seven nights.  

Please note that rentals longer than seven nights will confer automatic discounts (this discount may not be combined with "repeat renter" discount).
